NEW YORK — A Bronx man was arrested wednesday in the stable to death of another man in a new york metro train after a dispute to get one of their past shoes.
Luis Jose-duarte, 46, was arrestan minor and in charge of the first grade of April M8-annoy you John Sheldon, the police said. Been the first homicide in the metro this year.

The attack occurred about 8:30 Friday at the subway station in the lower manhattan that serves to the city mall and brooklyn’s brookly.
According to the police, the two men entered an argument after Jose-duarte step on Shldon’s shoes.
