NEW YORK — A man of the New York City has been in charge of executing medical procedures without license then a patient patient near death during a procedure in their house, the peaker.
HOOOS-Felipe Hoo has injected the woman of 31 year old with local anesthetic copy, the cause to go to cardiac arrest 28, as per criminal claim. The woman has been taken by Eyes of Homes in a hospital, where a doctor declined that survives, filing said.
The victim “has no brain activity” and show evidence of lidocaine, the doctor said.
Hoyos-forpost, 38, was the descent and a result of assault and unother’s practice of a profession and held without a place.
